SPRING: May 18 - June 16	$800.00
SUMMER: June 16 - September 1	$1,100.00
FALL: September 1 - October 20	$800.00

7% State of Maine Renters Tax Will be added to listed rate.

All rates accomodate parties up to 6 people.

A fee of $150.00 per adult beyond 6 will be charged.

A $250.00 (non-refundable) holding deposit is required to finalize your reservation.
