Week Stays apply to Saturday (4:00pm) - Saturday (10:00am)

Weekend rates apply to stays Friday (12:00pm) through Sunday.(12:00pm)

7% State of Maine Renters Tax Will be added to all listed rates.

All rates accomodate parties up to 10 people.

A fee of $150.00 per adult beyond 6 will be charged.

A $250.00 holding deposit is required to finalize your reservation.
(Refundable if cancellation is made over 30 days prior to reservation date.)
