The South Cove Cottage is the most secluded and private cottage
Bass Point has to offer.

Set within a peaceful cove, South Cove offers a quiet get away for some rest and relaxation. The wrap around window porch allows for optimal views of the lake and surrounding mountains.There are two twin beds on the first floor porch area to take advantage of the early morning wildlife activity. The Cottage interior has an upstairs loft style bedroom that can fit up to three full size beds, a kitchen with all essential fixtures, including an oven and stove, and utilities, a dining area off of the kitchen, a living room with a gas thermostat fire place, and a bathroom with all the essentials including a full shower. **We do not stock any food or spices in the cottages, however we will provide adequate  directions to the nearest supermarket upon your arrival at Bass Point.

Weekend rates apply to stays Friday through Sunday.
All rates accomodate parties up to 6 people.
A fee of $150.00 per adult beyond 6 will be charged.
A $250.00 deposit is required to hold your reservation. This deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made over 30 days prior to reservation date.
7% State of Maine Renters Tax Will be added to listed rate.
